Small groups of 3 to 20 people, led by a verified MindCare professional over secure video. A lower-cost way to learn practical skills and hear from others going through something similar.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session, with a full refund.
Cancelling later than that, or missing the session, is not refunded, because your therapist kept that time for you.
If your therapist or MindCare cancels, you always get a full refund.
